Bally SmartVap
Electronically Controlled Evaporator
Bally
has taken the concept of electronic controls and made
it simple.
SmartVap™
is a simple control located in the evaporator that
controls box temperature and all aspects of the
electric defrost.
SmartVap™
is simple: two pipes, two wires and it's done!
SmartVap™
is smart: it electronically controls box temperature,
defrost initiation, defrost termination, and fan delay.
SmartVap™
is adjustable: factory pre-set to suit most
applications, field adjustable for unique applications,
with an extremely simple user interface.
SmartVap™ includes factory-installed:
- Thermostatic
Expansion Valve
- Solenoid
Valve
- Selected
Nozzle
- Optional
Disconnect Switch
|
SmartVap™ eliminates:
- time
clock
- heater
contactor
- thermostat
- defrost
termination switch
- fan
delay switch
|
By
eliminating the time clock and heater contactor usually
located in the condensing unit, the SmartVap™
makes wiring the refrigeration system simple.
By eliminating
the thermostat, defrost termination switch, and fan
delay switch, SmartVap™ reduces costly component
failures and simplifies field installation.
Plus, as
an electronic controller, SmartVap™ allows for
more accurate temperature control in the box.
SmartVap™
is available in all electric defrost single phase
evaporators, up to 25 amp max over current protections.
